Nys travel restriction is coming to San Francisco.
The city has restricted certain travel to and from Nys and other cities.
The San Francisco Department of Public Works (DPW) says the restrictions will affect those who have valid travel documents from the following states: California, Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.
Nys travel is being temporarily suspended due to Nys severe weather and public health threats.
“Travel is restricted to those who are in San Francisco and who have a valid travel document from the San Francisco Metropolitan Area Transit Authority,” DPW said in a statement.
“All travel is limited to San Jose International Airport, which is under a mandatory lockdown and has limited air traffic for emergency response and recovery.
No passengers, vehicles or cargo will be allowed into San Francisco from this time on.”
San Francisco Public Works recommends everyone travel only to San José or nearby airports.
“The DWP said passengers arriving from out of state should be advised to check with their state government for details on their travel restrictions.
The department will be issuing more updates throughout the week.
