A light starter, the prawn and pork rolls proved to be a great foundation for the courses that followed. Wrapped in rice paper, the rolls were stuffed with lettuce, herbs and vermicelli and complemented this unusual combo well, although it tasted a little plain. The cashew nut dipping sauce was this dish’s saviour.

A safe option, the chicken noodles was a winner all round. Made from a mix of fresh vegetables and delicious wok fried noodles, this course was a very filling and healthy choice.

With an excellent waiting service and good for value food, Bun Bo is a great place to escape from the touristy areas and is a definite must-visit if you plan on heading to Barcelona.
