PRETTY pleats, marvellous metallics and beautiful botanicals dominated the runway at Ong-Oaj Pairam’s SS15 show.

Taking his fragmented memories of growing up alongside his family’s Noodle Factory in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thai-born Ong-Oaj’s new season collection was all about East meets West with focus on silhouette and form – a world away from his AW14 Disney-inspired collection.

Highlights of the show included pastel hue boilersuits – worn by both sexes – proving that Ong-Oaj’s collection is both practical and wearable, and floor-sweeping gowns which showcased the dream-like aesthetic the Brighton-based designer was hoping for. Classic co-ords and heavily-featured prints completed his stunning collection.

What are you thoughts on Ong-Oaj’s collection?
